Who should attend:  Yellow Belts gain skills and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and execute 1-5 day Kaizen "Rapid Results" events within the scope of their organization and responsibility. Most Yellow Belt projects realize $25,000-$100,000 in documented fiscal benefits. All front-line workforce, support staff, internal and external subject matter experts (SME's), some senior, and most mid-level managers are encouraged to attend the workshop. Usually, 50% or more of an organization's workforce is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified.

For all of our workshops and webinars, our meeting rooms will open 10 minutes prior to the event start time and will stay open another 15 minutes after, to continue working with attendees as needed.
