THE LEAN LEADER WORKSHOP

The Lean Leader workshop provides attendees to be well versed in the strategic application of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. Attendees will gain knowledge and skills to lead and align organizational improvement teams to execute small, medium and enterprise wide projects throughout the organization. The Lean Leader will also be able to engage and extend these applications to the entire E2E internal and external supporting organizations and supply chain. Possessing this certificate ensures leadership will drive change, foster inclusion and build a solid infrastructure for sustained Lean transformation within any industry or organization.
