960 min	Measure Phase	Mapping the current-state process, observing the current-state process, identifying opportunities for improvement, types of data, Y and X variables, process sampling, sample size calculation, data formatting, data collection, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), excel add in SigmaXL for data analysis, calculating current-state project metrics for continuous and nominal Y variables. Pareto analysis of defect types or failure reasons, Value Stream Mapping Analysis, data collection and analysis & measurement system analysis, yield, Takt Time.
480 min	Analyze Phase	Graphical and Statistical Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, comparison and correlation hypotheses with continuous and nominal Y variables, P values, stratification before-after analysis with continuous and nominal Y variables, affinity analysis, and prioritizing root causes. Apply quality tools to current state processes.
240 min	Improve Phase	Design Scorecard, identifying potential solutions with Root Cause Analysis, team process – ranking solutions, Tooling/Machine Downtime Reduction (SMED), Line Balancing, Skills Matrix, Visual Management, 6S, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Mistake Proofing, Pareto, EOC/Batching
600 mins	Improve Phase	5 Whys, Fishbone Tools, Brainstorming, Benefit and Effort/Solution Selection, Just in Time Production/Processing (JIT), Kaizen, evaluating the future state of FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), re-engineering/piloting the future state.
240 min	Control Phase	Standardizing and documenting, concepts of statistical monitoring (SPC), response plans, implementation & control plans.
360 min	Management Presentation	Present to management team to gain buy-in, support improvements and validate new process improvements of cost reduction benefits and new targets and goals.
